Evernow review

This is not medical advice — it is general information based on what you searched for that may help.

General information based on published sources and the symptoms you searched for. This isn't medical or legal advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Please consult a doctor about your own symptoms. If your symptoms are severe or sudden, seek urgent care.

Evidence:Graded per option below

What it is: Evernow is a telehealth company offering menopause and perimenopause care, with two distinct pricing paths: a one-time visit, or an ongoing membership. We reviewed Evernow's own site directly; this isn't a paid placement, and nothing here is ranked by commission.

What Evernow actually offers

Based on Evernow's own site, care is delivered by a team the company describes as specially certified to treat women in menopause and postmenopause, covering hormone therapy alongside symptom categories like sexual health, body aches, mental health, weight, hair and skin changes, and sleep issues. Evernow also sells supplements marketed to complement hormone therapy (for sleep, mood, energy, skin, and metabolism).

Cost and insurance, as of November 2026

Evernow offers two paths:

  • Pay per visit: A one-time virtual visit with a menopause provider, described as insurance-eligible, with no membership required.
  • Membership: Ongoing messaging access to a clinician, optional insurance-eligible virtual visits, ongoing prescriptions, and care plans, starting at $35/month.

Evernow states it is now accepting insurance for video visits. As with any insurance-eligible service, your actual out-of-pocket cost depends on your specific plan's deductible, copay, and coinsurance — confirm directly with Evernow before booking.

Who this may suit

If you want the flexibility to try a single visit before committing to ongoing care, or you want the option to message a clinician between visits without paying per message, Evernow's two-tier model offers that flexibility explicitly.

Who this may not suit

If you specifically need your care billed to insurance for every interaction, confirm exactly which parts of the membership (messaging vs. video visits) are actually insurance-eligible versus bundled into the $35/month fee, since the site describes video visits as only "optional" and "insurance-eligible" within the membership — not automatically covered.

What we didn't evaluate

We did not independently verify clinical outcomes or the specific supplement formulations sold alongside hormone therapy. We also did not repeat customer testimonials from Evernow's site, since we have no way to independently verify them. This review describes Evernow's own stated service and pricing model, not a judgment of care quality. See our hormone therapy and non-hormonal treatments overviews for the clinical background, and compare this against our Midi Health review.

Use our treatment conversation builder to prepare for either a one-time or membership visit:

  • Which parts of the membership are actually billed to my insurance, and which are a flat monthly fee regardless of coverage?
  • Would a single pay-per-visit appointment be enough to address my current symptoms, or does my situation call for ongoing messaging access?

Questions people ask

Does Evernow take insurance?

Evernow states it now accepts insurance for video visits, and describes both visits as insurance-eligible, as of our check in November 2026. Coverage still depends on your specific plan, so confirm your actual out-of-pocket cost with Evernow directly before booking.

Do I have to pay for a membership to use Evernow?

No. Evernow's own site describes a one-time, pay-per-visit option with no membership required, alongside an ongoing membership option (stated to start at $35/month) for continued messaging access and optional additional visits.
